No they were so obviously unprepared for covid. It was obvious they were scrambling for how to respond throughout.

I'm not saying, this is how things are .. but, it sure looks that way, sometimes (when I'm thinking the dark thoughts). If it's all a big chain of mistakes and accidents, they look even more incompetent .. If it's planned, they look like monsters. Every way, I try to look at this, it's bad.
