Damn Jess! I feel like this is scaring me more than it scared you. Sounds like it’s not your first rodeo…to see him three times though…once would be enough to make me need to change my shorts! Did it feel like he was stalking or was it a case of coincidentally heading in the same direction?
He definitely wasn't stalking; we just happened to be going in the same general direction (up the mountain/hill we live on). If I had seen a mama or a less well-fed bear, I would have felt different. I still gave him lots of space and didn't proceed until I was sure he wouldn't turn around.
I’ve long suspected you live in an Enchanted/Disney/Fairytale forest based on the flora and fauna fotos you post. This Baby Bear (friend of Goldilocks I presume) sighting kinda confirms it for me.
If one day I disappear into the forest, you may find me in a witchy hut on the side of a mountain devising etymologically significant hexes and documenting interesting mushrooms.
