That's a good description. Any Catholic Church I have ever belonged to - the majority of parishioners are elders, of deep faith who are there every week. The level of disrespect of this official WH post off the charts...

In two or three weeks, they won’t even remember it. Unfortunately. He’ll move on to another outrageous thing. And on and on it goes.

I think folks who are very Catholic, no, this won’t pass. Also for the folks who want the church to stand up, they will pressure priests to speak out about this. Some things Catholics draw the line and I do think this is one of them.
