Im going to use Bisquik flour for the breading...would that be ok?

I've never tried the Bisquik flour, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. Remember to double coat the chicken pieces because Bisquik has additional ingredients in it which are not present in AP Flour, and may affect the crispness of your finished product. 😊
