I think it's that he's not afraid. He has personal security, his wealth, and it shows because he neither fears nor grovels at Trump. Governor Pritzker doesn't need anything from Trump except for Trump to obey the laws. Pritzker is honorable, caring, sane and humane. No wonder Trump hates him.
