Except it's really not. Modern monetary theory has a lot more of a solid basis than brexit ever did, and what he's really saying (if you read the article, instead of shooting your mouth off) is that the UK government really doesn't manage the economy properly. And you can't argue with that.

Nah. It’s economically analogous to the old DDR or latter day Zim. Sure, you can make and print your own meaningless $ (or crypto) but if no one wants it, it buys less & less & you keep your own population impoverished- or is that what you want? But thanks for inviting me to your TED talk.
