Law school professors, man, what a crew.
Law school professors, man, what a crew.
why wasn't illegal immigration a thing
When James Ho has it right and you don't, boy howdy.
I had some really good ones! But can’t really argue other than maybe that it’s endemic to law professors that post
Law school professors at Christian private universities especially!
With this SCOTUS, at some point we are going to have to accept that they can swing back and forth from originalism to textualism to contextualism.
Reminds me of the "She's a witch" scene from Monty Python and the Holy Grail
AR-15s weren't a thing when the 2nd amendment was written. Yet I doubt Prof Hensler has any doubts about "how it applies in this context."
Indeed, perhaps only muskets are permitted under the 2nd amendment - everything else gets banned
Me, a dullard without a law degree: "Let's look at the debate that preceded the passage of the Fourteenth Amendment to see what Congress thought about citizenship." Alleged law professor, smart: "Who can say, really?"
Liberals need to learn to take their side in a fight because they don't have the SC anymore and won't for like a century, and no one else is going to take it for them
"Liberals won't have the SC for a century" is the wrong mindset. It's simply untenable that no matter what voters want, conservatives get to rule through the SCOTUS forever. We need to stack the courts. We need to say that loud and proud until it happens.
🎯 Thank-you.
Wow, that's amazing.
Someone needs to come up with a lengthy argument (the longer the better) about why law professors, as a rule, do not merit citizenship or the 1st A. Throw it out to them, let them fight each other to the death over it for the next decade, and leave stuff that affects the rest of us alone.
