For immediate conflict, yes, but I think concerns about longer term risks are still valid. We are in a worse nonproliferation position (depending on what damage assessments one relies on), and not just with regard to Iran.

We will see I guess. A ceasefire is not the same as the end of a war. It started via surprise attack in the middle of negotiations with the US so anything is possible.

The intent of the attack on the US airbase was to show Iranians the government is doing something. It wasn't meant to set back American power in and of itself.
