Sister in law is in her second trimester and had a craving for an Italian sandwich so she made the focaccia from scratch and went yard.

Sandwich assembly: homemade focaccia, Calabrian chili mayo, pesto chicken, crisped up pancetta and bresaola, burrata, sun dried tomato, and dressed arugula.
