All that makes sense but I don’t understand why it would impact a future prosecution under a different AG.

Oh sorry you mean with respect to Cook as a defendant! Yes I agree. As Propter pointed out, “where did Pulte get the info” during discovery is going to be a fun one!

Yeah I’d love for a future AG to go after Pulte for shadiness but I fully expect them to illegally delete records and maybe get pardons so I’m mostly thinking defense haha
