Prior to his current job, he was Governor of North Dakota. When he got the Covid relief funds from the Fed he handed it over to the oil companies. I kid you not. And North Dakotans didn't even blink an eye. North Dakota voted 71% Trump 1st term, and 69% Trump second term. Extreme right wing.
