I think you mean the senate disproportionately favors Republicans in small states with low density populations. Like North Dakota, South Dakota, Idaho and Montana. 5 million people - 8 Senate seats. CA, NY and TX have only 6 Senators and almost 100 million people.

Precisely. It’s a form of gerrymandering AND disproportionate representation. So, billionaires can drop a few million dollars in a small population state, and zero out a state like CA or NY.

In a populous state like CA or NY a Senator represents up to 16 million people. In a small state a Senator can represent only 625,000, which is lower than most representatives. Republicans have outsized power in the Senate. No doubt.

The senate isn’t gerrymandered, but the house sure is!

Tubby? Running candidates like Oz, Walker, angerchild Mullin? The laws on residency needs to tighten up, but there is a large problem, when a state elects a person like Tubby besides residency when he is not just stupid but stops functions because of personal want.

It’s drawing arbitrary lines around representatives… plus disproportionately

Both are subject to the same gerrymandered district lines.
