Most of my life I was neutral about politics; for many years I was disillusioned about voting b/c of the electoral college. Sometimes I didn’t vote. And then tRump came down the escalator & I was appalled. I had hope that voting would keep him out of office. Now I’m disillusioned again.

I definitely understand. We MUST get money out of politics.

I have no idea how the process of getting big money out of politics would begin - not since SCOTUS allowed Citizens United to pass.

Getting rid of the Electoral College would solve this gerrymandering mess as well. Why are the easy solutions so hard to implement? This is what leaves me disillusioned. 🤬
