Not at all. What I'm saying is is that sometimes something you want is not going to happen right away & you need to be strategic so you CAN get what you want.
Thats literally not how any civil rights gains have been made by minorities in this country. How is it strategic to vote for politicians who dont want you to have the rights you are advocating for? What sense does that make "vote for newsom to take trans rights now so you might get them back later"
