Imagine a similar scenario where out ally nations vote to see US cities undefended because of atrocities commitment by Trump’s administration. Your innocent friends bombed for Trump’s actions despite their own objections to his policies- is that likely to solve the problem, or further escalate?
AoC has been firmly and consistently on the right side of this issue. MTG’s amendment was just political theatre in service to her Russian patrons who would love to see Israel undefended and vulnerable. Iran is one of Russia’s closest allies. Russia excels at manipulating/buying foreign politicians.

The Netanyahu regime in Israel is conducting the genocide, not the Israeli civilian/child populations that would be bombed. Trump’s regime is committing racially targeted atrocities here, not the US civilian population that largely oppose him. Adults must be able to differentiate between those.
Maybe if they didn’t have $500,000,000 of our money to build and maintain the most sophisticated self-defense system in the history of the world, as well as tacit protection from the worlds only military hegemon, they would stop murdering innocent children in like 8 other countries
