so you think he should be the nominee because if you say "idc who you nominate I'll vote for him" you have removed all leverage you have to try to get a better candidate. he can't be allowed to even make it to the primary

There’s a long time between now & then. I’m not focusing on election right now. But if we do have election, all I can say is I will support the Democratic nominee against any Republican.

If you're saying you'd be fine voting for Newsom you are not compassionate, thoughtful, or a believer in science. If you were any of those things Newsom's positions on trans people, homeless people, farm workers, and Palestinians would be absolutely disqualifying
