Love it when airlines send an email entitled "Everything you need to know about your upcoming flight to [CITY]" and the email contains no info about the date, time, flight number or seat assignment.

It’s not meant to ! It’s a generic bulk e mail . It’s about your flight in general terms not your reservation in particular ( I work in the travel space) they don’t have the tech and there is liability if info is wrong about your specific flight
