ICJ made it recently clear in its verdict that both producers and consumers of fossil fuels are equally responsible for it ending up in the atmosphere.

Well, the fact is that the ICJ Advisory Opinion "Obligations of States in respect of Climate Change" will be used in court if Norway is sued.

True, but unlike fossil fuels, nuclear doesn’t keep dumping carbon into the sky. Its footprint is tiny, while the output is massive.
