Because if they don't allow the DoJ to weasel it down to a misdemeanor before they enter a courtroom (bet the firstborn they would definitely do that! This is performance art), it will be the easiest "jury nullification" in history. And an acquittal by smirking jurors will NOT make Trump happy. Aww
