Well I respectfully diss. Because somebody has to remain the adult in the room and there are, frankly, much more visible and outspoken opponents to all this.

Oh AND... you're forgetting that it's almost a given ('cuz he's telegraphed this) that Mr. Powell will slice a decimal off the interest rate eventually. At which time he will immediately be back in the good graces of the asswipe who tried to fire him. Who will then take credit for making him do it!
