Like all of Netherrealm's output over the past decade or so, Injustice 2 was a fantastic game marred by excessive and obnoxious nickel-and-dime monetisation It's a very safe guess that the best way to play Injustice 3 will be to wait roughly two years after launch and buy the "complete" edition

Played the latest mk and it's fine I guess, with loads of money grabbing attached.
Yep, I waited until they'd released the expansion and then grabbed the base game and season pass at a deep discount, at which point it was worth the money. Buying everything at full price absolutely wouldn't be, though. They're doing this so consistently it MUST be driving down day one purchases.
