I was fortunate to find my soulmate while having undiagnosed autism. My diagnosis only occurred after she died 46 years later. So many things suddenly made sense after the diagnosis.

The lesson I learned was that if you want a relationship to work then both parties must be willing to work on the relationship together as equal partners.
