Let them shut the door on you. If you have reason to believe illegal treatment of constituents is taking place you can get SWAT to gain entry and start arresting people.

I doubt that SWAT would agree to perform such a role for a Democratic Congressman.

Well I know it's contentious lol.. but if there is a reasonable suspicious of illegality inside how is it different to a drug bust? It's the PD that would enact it.
