Obviously it's because I understand this thing I don't like more than you & my opinion is actually fact. Also if someone else says they hate it for different reasons than I just said then they are actually secretly defending it & you shouldn't listen to someone who would try defending it.

You didn't like the culture of fandom that popped up around it and found it to be very overrated. You just "couldn't connect" to the character using language that skirts just shy of some kind of bigotry but is never explicit
