It is so much NOT a comedy that we pulled the plug late in S2. I know it’s popular but the stress&frustration to pleasure ratio tipped too far for us :/
They must seem resigned to leave it there, possibly because "Well, we've always called it a comedy, why stop now"
Don't the networks/studios choose how they submit?
They do but the Emmys can step in too and say, "Nah, actually you're going over here."
Interesting, do we know if they did that?
They didn't, since "The Bear" is getting nominations still in the comedy categories today as everything is announced.
I love the show but I’m not sure I’ve laughed at Jeremy Allen White once while watching it (he’s great!)
