Yes! And that was how my mother got addicted to Fox. To this day she is unable to process the very idea that a “news network” would lie. It was unfathomable to her generation. She’s 90 and so addicted that she won’t accept evidence that they are legally not a news channel at all.
We are facing the exact same challenge. When I brought up the $787 M court settlement Fox paid out to Dominion Voting Systems for LYING, hoping to get her to realize it isn’t the only evidence of lying to their viewers, her response was it only involved that issue, not the rest of the news. Tragic.
