Trump will leave them alone. HUGE $$ at stake. The TV rights alone are worth Billions. I don't like it either but basically the other entire world is nuts for football, our football pales in comparison.

Traveling fans from central and south America will get caught up by raids on WC watch parties at bars or crackdowns at stadiums. Plus they will absolutely deny entry to anyone coming into the US with a conviction in their country. I can also see some athletes getting denied entry, they don't care.
