After reading your book and your views on the attack on the 13th, 14th and 15th amendments, I'm curious as to your thoughts on the Black Robes overturning affirmative action and tRumps assault on DEI?

Thanks for your question. I don’t consider AA or DEI as examples of castework, so neither should be deemed unconstitutional. I think of both programs as band-aids rather than true solutions though. I talk a bit about DEI in this video if you’re interested. youtu.be/gtf49yA7Dro
