I guess we can try shrugging at everything 47 is doing and seeing if things change for the better. It’s a bold strategy, but I suppose anything is possible!

I suppose it is possible that you actually think you are making a point by dismissing people doing things other than what you think they should do as shrugging...but you actually are not.
