Yes this. I think a lot of people want to have kids but don’t feel financially stable enough to do so until they’re ~35, and then just the reality of time and biology mean you’re probably only having 1-2.

If things were more affordable so more people felt like they could have their first kid closer to 30, you may see more families with 2-3 kids
