yes. I work at a trucking/logistics firm. we get 4paid holidays a year. labor day isn't one of them. the Co can't afford to not have trucks running smoothly and getting paid for that ASAP.

Definitely a good idea for some industries. Other industries need unions just in terms of hazards, standards, benefits, time off.
