Ask/force "Batalionem Monako" to pay too. It does not looks good when half of country fighting/ dying whils 2nd half getting profit from it. It does not sounds good but Ukrainin gov should force oligarchs to pay harder then ever before.
Ukraine is also banking on its booming domestic defense industry. European countries, already struggling with budget constraints, may have trouble maintaining the necessary levels of funding. But Ukraine has no choice but to shore up its own defenses.
It’s far cheaper to give Ukraine cash. Even w some corrupt, it’s vastly cheaper. Still, not idea bc of Soviet mentality w some major projects, as we’ve seen recently.
