Hubby had Long Covid for four years (90% bed bound) and after a few months of doing nicotine patch therapy he's been 100% recovered for almost a year. I'm ecstatic he's back.

Ah man it's kinda a long story. He started on 3.5 (7 cut in half) and went to 7 then went back to 3.5 and has been off all for months - since late last year.

Never heard of that! Interesting! I'm going on five years now. I probably will never recover because it unfortunately made my other autoimmune disorders all much worse.
