Agreed. Every one was a tragedy. Many single deaths, several double fatalities. A triple murder and a loss of four officers at once. One female officer was killed in connection to 22 civilian deaths over two days. Many lessons to be learned over 43 years.

Sadly he passed away in 2019. Missed out by one year of seeing his beloved Melbourne Football Club win its first AFL Premiership in about 50 years. Thanks for your kind words
