Yeah, mine varies from black/white or coloured zig zags to blurring. I have yet to find a trigger for mine. They last anything from a few minutes to a couple of hours, but I'm fucked up for the rest of the day x

I get similar ones. Usually gone in 30 minutes. Vertical stripey shirts used to be a trigger. No pain. Can go a year without one then get 3 in a month...
