Oh, and the law doesn’t require the speaker to say “I feel” or “I think …” to express an opinion. Nor do we in general conversation. If I say “you’re an idiot” people know I am expressing my opinion don’t require me to say “I think you’re an idiot.” The “I think …” is implicit.

To further show you’re ignorant , there is absolutely no way someone falsely claiming to know facts about defamation is defamation. To be defamation, a false statement has to damage a person’s good reputation. A person falsely claiming they know the legal requirements of defamation harms no one.
