On the one hand, good. On the other, didn't we all get mad and call this underhanded politics when the Republican half of the Oregon house pulled this stunt (for much worse reasons) a couple of years ago? On the gripping hand, they pulled this trick in Oregon a few years ago, so screw'em.

There is no hypocrisy in mimicking the hypocrite of a foe who is known to lie, cheat, and steal at every turn. The next best step for Dems to take is to redistricting every blue state to eliminate all GOP voters' power and stuff the house. There are no rules in war with Nazis like the GOP.

Okay, but we better be making notes that, once this is all over (and we'd better be hoping and planning to get to a day when this is all over), we pass a nationwide federal ban on partisan gerrymandering, along with all the other reforms we gotta make to make sure this crap never happens again.

Or, at the very least, that next time it's gonna have to happen in a different way, because we're not gonna let this crap happen again in the same way. Clarification that the Prez can't disband independent Federal agencies or fire their heads without Congressional approval, for example.

"....without Congressional approval..". Um.. Isn't he already doing all sort of crap that is *supposed* to be approved first by Congress, but isn't? Rules and laws mean nothing to these idiots.

Hence the idea of clarifying it in law, so when they try, there isn't as much wiggle room for the courts to let them get away with it. A lot of constitutional law is more tradition than words-on-a-page, sadly. So let's get some of those words on a page.

They *are* on pages. Lots of them. There *are* laws. Lots of them. THEY. DON'T. CARE.

It's cute that you think Trump's SCOTUS cares about the law
