I take your point. Still I say they are different. Of course, incest is rape, but it's also perpetrated by a family member, typically happens at home, and often continues for years. All that and that victims are often very young makes the trauma more difficult to integrate.
We could try another word or maybe just educate people on what incest is. Does anyone really think it's consensual anymore? I suppose. People still think rape victims are asking for it. I call them assholes and likely rapists.
