OTOH, DOJ has limited capacity to defend these lawsuits because so many competent lawyers have resigned or been fired. Waiting for Trump to press the capitulating Biglaw firms into service

Good point. Maybe they will say no and he will put incompetent people (Pirro) in those positions. Or, maybe the big law firms will intentionally lose the cases.

True! Judge Luttig said the same earlier this week, SCOTUS will not stand up to Trump and stop him so it’ll be up to us. I have hope because more people are waking up. 🙏🏼
