Would be nice to see this program succeed but can’t see Conservative Premiers, especially Ford signing on. He signed onto daycare at the last minute and has continually underfunded it, much like healthcare and education.

Ford won't sign anything that doesn't massively enrich all his pals and cronies. He's the literal 3rd worst premier of Canada and runs unopposed due to the most insane voter apathy in history
