Been saying that since he started. Congress is too chicken to reassert their power. What is strange to me is that these are taxes upon American importers, many of whom are large corporations. Why aren't they suing?

They don't want to be targets of Trump's extortion attacks. Some CEOs have pointed out how harmful they are but they're too scared to file lawsuits. Fortunately the lawsuits are in the works anyway - and looking good!

Seems like everyone in positions of power are scared. Well, almost everyone. The tariffs ARE an extortion. Only MAGAclods believe the exporting country pays.
