Thank you. The shooter had a list. It was 100% coincidence that police caught him after his 2nd shooting - he was heading to his 3rd target next. Manhunt is underway. I live in BP and we're still under a "Shelter in Place" order.

Likely wasn’t a coincidence cops found him at the 2nd home. The victims at 1st home may have given cops info about shooter, or repeated his words, or perhaps he left something behind Or victims may actually know the shooter Or cops know shooter thru prior threats, crazy actions, conflicts
