It would follow the show’s internal logic, they are totally still in each others’ lives, not atomised, we have seen them go to [other people’s] kids’ shows, Friday night dinners, parents’ funerals, it’s just weird to split them all up for the very end, going off in couples like Shakespeare…
Like a Shakespeare play I mean with Carrie left on stage as the strange character or the fool giving the final soliloquy
