When my kids see those they always say, "look! the magic carpet's back!" (usually at something like High Noon vodka or whatever's up there)
I agree, it’s always a welcome sight, no matter how cheesy the ad.
Everyone loves it until it's an ad for the local crematorium, then it's "depressing" and "ruining my beach day" and "oh god are they failing at skywriting or releasing ashes over the ocean I'm swimming in kids get out of the water right now".
