Yeah, I agree, but I doubt that’s what caused the bruises. If it were, Karoline Leavitt wouldn’t be saying they’re from too many handshakes.

Yes it does. I get IVs every week but I refuse to get them in the top of my hand because I've experienced what it does

Intravenous drug applications will cause this too. I used to get bruises like this during chemo treatments.
