There is a class action coming together at the federal level, read about it earlier today. No idea what judge is hearing that case yet.

Americans should also have a class action suit against Fox and Newsmax, et al. They know the facts. They go out of their way to mislead the public, putting a lot of the public in fresh new danger. We KNOW they do this deliberately, as shown in the lawsuits over lies re voting machines.

There should certainly be some protest energy directed at mainstream media calling them out for the harm they do, including the local Sinclair controlled stations... Postcard campaigns, boycotts, FCC complaints, lots of options.
