At this point, I don’t know what upsets me more: what MAGA is doing, what Democrats (or lawyers. Or doctors. Or major corporations. Or performers with lots of money and followers. Or the Media) aren’t doing about it—or the fact that two thirds of the rest of the country DOESN’T GIVE A FUCK!!
Amen. I've never seen the Democratic leadership more silent, invisible, or hamstrung to find words of outrage than they were this summer. Who thought this was a season to disappear and go mute? It's an egregious dereliction of duty and misread of the moment. "We choose our battles." So choose one!
