The thing is you don't even need to call these policies socialist! These are just common sense basically liberal policies (maybe pushed a little further along). Embrace that so normies who are easily scared by BS are not scared by this. Claim you are mostly the same as Dems. Nothing to be scared of!
I would have said common sense but it turns out sense is not as common as we would like to believe. I don't think they're socialist. I think the policies are socially responsible. As humans, we are our brother's keeper. As a veteran it means, leaving no one behind.
Yeah they are just good, helpful, reasonable things that improve the country. Call them liberal, call them moderate, call them centrist even, and people/voters who don't pay as much attention will accept them as such and won't be scared off!
