Yes it does. It forces them to make the effort, to make up some obviously bullshit reasoning, it wastes time, and it annoys him. Absolutely worth it to fight on everything.

Again, the point is make them fight. Make them go through the process. The more work they have to do, the more shady, incoherent rulings they put out, the more harm it does to trump and the GOP.

Don't misunderstood me, I'm fully supportive of fighting tooth and nail, but the unfortunate reality is that it doesn't amount to much when every party charged with oversight abdicates their responsibility.
