And the indigenous people who already live in that Homeland don't get the right of self-determination or property?

Jews are indigenous. Palestinians have said no to that possibility seven times. That tells me that self determination is not their goal. Destroying the Jewish state is.

Palestinian Jews were indigenous and Israelis screwed them over too. however Israel's charter says everyone has equal rights. So why doesn't that include property rights for Muslims who live there thru no fault of their own?
